Abuse of HA by invinci sins
3 times over the past week our team has encountered a party in UW with "A So Ko" and Zemai playing invinci sin builds. This A/Me build involves using Shadow Form, Arcane Echo, Arcane Mimicry and Deadly Paradox to constantly chain Shadow Form. As a result, the sins are almost impossible to kill. But, since they have no attack skills and don't meet the req for the staff they carry, they can't do any damage.
The rest of their party are mostly heroes and are quickly killed. But then you are left waiting for one of the sins to make a mistake. This has taken between 35 and 45 minutes to happen.
Their objective is to farm fame by making the match so tedious and frustrating that the other team resigns. In fact, at the beginning of one match they announced that we would be resigning within 10 minutes.
I think this is an abuse of HA and that ANet should do something about them. Yes, I have already filed an abuse report and so has every other member of my party. I'm waiting to see what ANet does, but I thought I would also post here and see if the community agrees that this conduct should not be allowed.

Nope, since they usually bring feigned neutrality... Point blank dmg isn't enough to kill em, since frozen burst spam + flame djins haste can barely do 200 dmg / 8 seconds (even less with feigned...) It's, once again, a pointless build, which is "overpowered" concidering they can ONLY win... Offcorse, on kill count etc, everyone knows that, they resign, but still, they ruin the game for other players...

We met this build ourself twice on UW, thought only took us a couple minutes to deal with em. Wasnt too difficult. A well timed blackout does wonders you know.

Should said information on Shadow Form be correct; the following should harm least the invinci sins:
-AoE spells like SH or any non direct attack like Cyclone Axe should harm them too (but who uses that?)
-Illusionary Weapon, since it doen't need to actually 'hit the target'.
-Touch skills; rending touch would then strip them of the enchantment. (I don't see any of us packing very many touch skills outside of blackout)
Still that is way too lame. I can't fathom the desperate attempt to scrape some fame, give me an iway or heroway any day but that. At least they wouldn't do too well in kill count.

They're using the skills ANet has provided, this is not abuse, go look it up.
Whack 'em with Frozen Burst and Chillblains.

Yes, go and run IW just to beat these sins, RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing fantastic idea.
Frozen Burst and Flame Djinn's are a significantly better idea >_>

Regardless of what may or may not be a good idea right now, the point remains that there exist a variety of counters, many which fit into the current meta, and many which do not.. however, I do remember a time when IW was used in HA (tombs, then), and in fact, when it wasn't even elite (during beta, but still..).

We've met them a couple times, we just wait until Zenmai screws up(she usually does) then bodyblock the two sins away from each other. No return/arcane mimicry/whatever the hell they use off each other. Once you get down to one sin it's done.

I think the whole idea behind Shadow Form is stupid. It's the kind of skill that you cannot do anything about it unless you brought one of the counters. While some are common, being forced to have one of them just in case you run into 2 SF sins is stupid and a design failure.

Shock is a great option, as if you can't eventually get one of their shadow forms or something then you fail.
Blackout? Kind of hard to fit into balanced builds nowadays, but has it's uses.
Expunge is okay, inferior to rending touch on most bars but usable.
Those are your only real options, all the others are just really bad unless your running a shove warrior or something.
But in all seriousness, they can do this. It's like runners or 55ers in RA. Anyways, you can't exactly call this fame farming...
EDIT: Forget about sig of disenchant, though it kind of sucks. There might be some more, I don't feel like trying to remember every skill interrupt.

lol?
shadow form is an enchantment and you can remove an enchantment.
shadow form take 1 second to cast so you can interrupt.
arcane echo take 2 seconds to cast so you can interrupt easily
if it takes you 45 minutes, im sorry to said it but you don't deserve to win that match.
you said that you kill all the others hero and the sisn did no damage? even easier. when the sin is left alone, body block him and spam interrupt and enchantment removal. I would have win this in 2 minutes lol.

Guys, just FYI, rending touch is a spell. Touch skills are different from touch spells (though spells are affected by expertise for some reason).
